3. Content and Identity Verification Requirements

We maintain stringent procedures to ensure all content on our platform is legal, consensual, and compliant with card brand standards.

Age and Identity Verification: We require all Models who upload content to our platform to submit government-issued photo identification along with a verification photo before being approved to upload content. Models are further required to verify the identity and legal age of all individuals depicted in their content and to maintain supporting documentation for production upon request.

Documented Consent: Clear, unambiguous, and documented written consent from all individuals depicted in the content is required before publication. This documentation must be retained by the Model and made readily available for review by In-Charge, our acquirer, or card networks upon request.

Pre-screening and Monitoring: All content uploaded to In-Charge.net is pre-screened and reviewed by our compliance team before publication to ensure compliance with this policy, our Terms of Service, and applicable law. We also actively monitor any live-streamed or real-time content to detect and immediately remove any non-compliant material.

Record Keeping: We maintain records of all identity and consent verification documents and monthly logs of flagged content, complaints, and actions taken, for the minimum period required by card network rules.

4. Reporting and Takedown Procedures

We provide clear and accessible mechanisms for reporting potentially illegal or non-compliant content.

Complaint Process: A process is in place that allows for the reporting of content that may be illegal or violates our standards. Complaints can be submitted via the Report flag located on every content page, through our Contact form at https://www.in-charge.net/contact, by emailing admin@in-charge.net, or by contacting the National Human Trafficking Hotline.

Prompt Action: Reported complaints are reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days. If content is found to be non-compliant or illegal, it is removed immediately.
