Our Promise and Commitment 

In-Charge.net realizes the importance of safety and inclusion in the adult (18+) entertainment community. Our goal and commitment is to create an online e-commerce community providing freedom of sexual expression, open and welcoming inclusivity, and safety for each and every one of our members.


Since the beginning, we been committed to implementing the best safeguarding measures possible to create a safe and consensual e-commerce community. While many websites are only now jumping onboard to commitments of safety, verification, and authenticity, In-Charge.net has always made it a priority to verify the identities of our content creators, performers and co-performers, as well as the ensuring all content on In-Charge.net features legal consenting adults.


Appeals / Takedown

If you believe you have been depicted in content available on In-Charge.net and would like to request removal (takedown), please contact us at admin@in-charge.net



In your email, please include:

  • Your full name and a way to contact you
  • The URL(s) to the content and/or the content title/ID
  • A brief explanation of your request (e.g., you are depicted, you did not consent, you revoked consent, etc.)
  • Proof of identity sufficient for us to verify you are the person depicted (we may request additional information solely for verification)


We will review all takedown requests and respond within 5 business days. If appropriate, we may temporarily disable access to the content while we investigate.


If our investigation determines that consent to be depicted, distributed, or downloaded was not given by the depicted person, or that such consent is void or has been validly revoked under applicable law, the content will be permanently removed from the platform.


If there is a disagreement regarding an appeal/takedown request, both parties may request that the dispute be reviewed by a neutral third-party process (e.g., mediation or another neutral review body) where permitted by law.



Complaints Policy

If you would like to make a complaint about content on In-Charge.net, please email admin@in-charge.net.


You may also click the flag button on each video individually as an alternative and complete the form that appears on the screen.

Please include:

  • The URL(s) to the content and/or the content title/ID
  • The nature of your complaint (e.g., policy violation, unauthorized use, prohibited content category, illegal content, copyright infringement, non-consensual depiction, etc.)
  • Any supporting details you want us to consider


Review Process

All complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days of receipt. Our review process is as follows:

  1. Upon receipt, the complaint is logged and assigned for review by our compliance team.
  2. The reported content is examined against our Terms of Service, Media Policy, Community Guidelines, and applicable law.
  3. If necessary, we may contact the reporting party for additional information, and we may contact the content creator for their response, including any supporting documentation (such as model releases, age verification, or 2257 records).
  4. A determination is made and the outcome is communicated to the complainant.


Potential Outcomes

Following review, one or more of the following actions may be taken:

  • The reported content is removed from the platform.
  • The reported content is restricted (e.g., made unavailable for download or hidden from public view).
  • The content creator's account is suspended or terminated.
  • The complaint is dismissed if the content is found to comply with our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable law.
  • The matter is reported to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.


Appeals

If you wish to appeal a decision or request further review of a decision we made, please submit your appeal to admin@in-charge.net within fourteen (14) days of the original determination and include the original complaint details. Appeals will be reviewed within five (5) business days by a member of our team not involved in the original determination. If the appellant remains dissatisfied with the outcome of the appeal, the dispute may be referred to a neutral third-party body for resolution.

In-Charge.net reserves the right to take immediate action, including content removal and account suspension, in cases involving suspected illegal activity, regardless of the appeals process.


Community Guidelines

Steadfast in ensuring In-Charge.net is an e-commerce fetish community for adults, we require that all content creators, performers, members and visitors:


  1. Are 18 years of age or older upon accessing the website
  2. Respect all federal, state, and local laws while using the website
  3. Adhere to our terms of service, media policy, and community guidelines
  4. Respect all users of the website


All content uploaded for approval to In-Charge.net must follow common sense guidelines. We understand that fetish content can verge into a wide array of categories which may not be pleasing for all viewers. As a welcoming e-commerce community we allow a vast collection of content. However, content listed below IS NOT ALLOWED AND STRICTLY PROHIBITED:


  • Illegal
  • Involving minors or persons under 18 years of age at the time of depiction
  • Non-consensual filming or unauthorized to distribution for commercial sale
  • Life threatening violence, extreme torture, snuff, or death
  • Threatening to individual persons or exposing to private citizens' identities
  • Bestiality or involvement of animals as well as zoofilia
  • Blood / menstruation 
  • Scat / shit
  • Celebrities or impersonation of celebrities
  • Rape or sexual acts performed on unconscious individuals
  • Incest
  • Necrophilia or sexual acts performed on the deceased
  • Crushing of living or dead creatures
  • Kidnapping or abduction
  • The words or phrasing of 'hypnosis', 'hypnotized', 'forced'

Any content involving any of the above items will not be approved for sale and may result in the termination of the content creator's account depending on the nature of the violation.  Should a content creator need clarification on these common sense guidelines, they can reach out to us via email or using the contact form on our website.


Any content creator or user found to be in violation of this policy will have the content immediately removed along with possible suspension or termination of their account.


When a content creator posts his / her videos, pictures, or audio clips, all content must be approved by an In-Charge.net admin before it appears live on the website. Admins ensure that all submitted content:


  • Is from age verified (18+) / identification verified content creators
  • Acts in compliance with the above mentioned media guidelines and terms of service
  • Depicts acts between consensual adults
  • Features age verified (18+) co-performers


Safeguards and Enforcement

As previously mentioned, In-Charge.net implements a series of protocols and best practices to ensure all community content is legal, authorized, and well monitored. To be steadfast in our commitment to safeguarding our website and community we do the following:


Age Verify and Identification Verify All Content Creators

In order to begin selling / posting content on In-Charge.net, you must upload the appropriate forms of identification. We only accept government issued photo identification cards. This photo ID must clearly show your face, name, and date of birth. Secondly to verify your identity, we require that you then upload a clear, unobstructed photo of yourself holding your above mentioned ID card next to your face. If requested for further proof, we may sometimes ask for a photo of you holding your ID along with a piece of paper with the word Proof and today's date written on it. Should we require additional verification, we may do so at our discretion. To further authenticate your identity, upon payout of earnings, we require that the name listed on your photo ID match the name listed on your chosen payout method.


Age Verification of Co-Performers Appearing in Content

Should a performer post content with other individuals depicted, we require proof of the co-performers age to further ensure all performers depicted throughout In-Charge.net are 18 years of age or older. 


Upon uploading content for approval, you may reach us via email at admin@in-charge.net to submit the same above mentioned materials for all performers in your videos. If this is not provided, we will reach out to the content creator via the email we have on file to supply this documentation. Failure to do so in a timely manner will result in the disapproval / deletion of the uploaded content before it ever appears live on the website. As a content creator, it is your responsibility to collect the legally required documentation of all of your performers as much so as it is our obligation to authenticate and verify your documents.


Universal Consent of All Performers

Upon uploading your content to In-Charge.net, you consent to the sale, distribution, and download of your created content which features your likeness. You authorize that you have legal ownership of all uploaded content and have the authority to post it for sale. Additionally, you guarantee that all co-performers depicted in your content have given their authorization and consent to sell their depictions. As a content creator, it is also your obligation to maintain adequate consent release forms of all performers in your videos. Should you need a sample release form to use, click here to download a release form we have prepared for you. 


Upon uploading content for approval, you may reach us via email at admin@in-charge.net to submit your co-performer release forms. If this is not provided, we will reach out to the content creator via the email we have on file to supply this documentation. Failure to do so in a timely manner will result in the disapproval / deletion of the uploaded content before it ever appears live on the website.
